- Re: What will Microsoft use its ARM license for?
In article <7zk4n7xfvl....@ask.diku.dk>,
I an assuming that all that logic is ~25% of the power cost of all those
64 bit buses. Would more than welcome a real number over my SWAG.
The following is a cross posting of a new idea on this I had:
I agree that with ARMs history of kludges (Thumb1, the original FPU,

Keep shooting, greegor, "the retard boy". The doctors would have a
field day with you, Chucko.

greegor is a stalking retard.
- Re: Fan as generator
Oh boy! You're about as bright as the shadowy side of a dark,
massless corner of the universe, millions of lights years from the
nearest galaxy.
I am surprised you were able to move enough electrons to post this
crap.
That makes you far less hot than anyone else in the thread. At
least when
we fart, it rises.
- Re: Fans could generate electricity and damage motherboard ?
With your flaw being that HE does use solvents and that I do NOT.
Looks like the solvents have damaged all your brains. You all
couldn't
pool your stupidity together, even if you tried. You know, like the
brains
in the series "Lexx". That is your speed, boys. Bwuahahahaha.

Which happens to be exactly the same as an Intel Quad afaik, i.e. two
FMACs per core per cycle afaik.

Archie's coprolalia is not even good for that!
- It's Greek to you!
The greek text was a bad translation from English already posted.
The translation back to English reads like a bad game of "telephone".

If you blow a lot of hot air in, it will generate a lot of heat
but little light. Just like this thread.

Careful. As we all know, profanity is the attempt of the feeble mind
to express itself. That phrase is being proven daily right here, by
one particular juvenile.
The solvents obviously damaged his brain.

Archie, I made a full ASSESSMENT.

Induction? Of the motor or the squirrel? ;-)
- Re: Microprocessor Report quotes on AMD Bulldozer
IIRC there are
4 "modules" - which I call cores, but AMD calls clusters
2 sets of scheduler/integer ALUs/L1 caches per
module/AMD:cluster/AG:core - AMD calls these cores
1 set of FP per module/AMD:cluster, shared between the AMD:cores/AG:clusters
However, each FP cluster has 2 128 bit wide (4x32b) FMACs.
